In addition, I’ve also founded and ran Corridor Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC (later Corridor Reznick), a commercial real estate brokerage company. I actively seek businesses that I can help scale and develop new business and recurring revenue streams of income.

I founded my first business, a commercial real estate brokerage company called Corridor Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC (later Corridor Reznick, LLC) in 1989. As an owner, broker and investor, I learned how to run a profitable business, how to develop business as a “rainmaker” for the firm, how to negotiable very favorable deals for my clients and how to put investment deals together for me and my partners. Since then, I have invested in several more businesses and further enhanced my core competencies. Given my background described above, my extensive network of high-level relationships in the area and my ability to assist clients with their financials requirements, I am able to help solve challenging problems for my clients and “get things done”!
